Building, Garden, and Agricultural Products can only be delivered to addresses within the highlighted zone areas shown on the map below. Please review the access requirements carefully to ensure your eligibility for our kerbside delivery service.

Delivery Times
Zone 1 & 2 = We provide a delivery service within 2-7 working days Monday-Friday 7am - 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Zone 3 = We provide a delivery service within 3-7 working days Monday-Friday 7am - 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Access Requirements
Majority of bulk orders are delivered on a flat bed 18 ton truck fitted with a Hydraulic extending crane, enabling our drivers to access properties from kerb side.
Although we strive to accommodate customers by delivering goods to their specified locations, please note that our drivers are not tasked with lifting heavy items. Instead, our vehicles are equipped with hydraulic cranes, facilitating deliveries to the curbside only.
On occasions where access is difficult or restricted, please contact us to advise so we are able to assess before delivery.
On arrival our driver will carry out routine safety check and decide the most suitable location to place the ordered goods.
If its decided that we are unable to deliver your order due to access restrictions on return to our yard a member of our sales team will contact you to discuss the best course of action.
Kerbside delivery requires suitable access.

Property access needs to be minimum 3m wide
Delivery Times
Whilst we make every effort to deliver within the stated timescales, we are unable to guarantee circumstances beyond our control. Our standard delivery times are 2-5 working days, this is subject to change in peak seasons & bank holidays.
Our transport team will always try to accommodate requests and deliver to you within the earliest date available at the time.
We can only accept changes to deliveries within 48hrs of placing your order. Any late additions may have to be delivered on a separate date if our vehicle is already at its maximum weight limit.
We must be notified at least 24 hours before your delivery date if there are any obstructions that may impede our heavy goods vehicle from accessing the property. For example – Overhead power cables. We hold the right to refuse re-delivery if we are not notified of access issues, in which case we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund less any delivery charges.
